What it is about?
This workshop offers a physical and vocal approach to performance, drawing on principles of theatre anthropology and physical theatre practice. Through individual, pair, and group exercises, participants explore presence, attention, and the relationship between body, voice, and space.
The training includes physical scores, object work, and movement-based tasks designed to build responsiveness, spontaneity, and creative awareness, skills that serve anyone curious about expressing themselves more freely, on stage or off.
Rooted in Slavic tradition, collective singing is a central part of the process, connecting participants with their voice and with the group through simple polyphonic songs.
No prior acting or singing experience is needed, only curiosity and a willingness to try something new/ to show up fully. The workshop welcomes performing artists looking to break out of habitual patterns, as well as newcomers ready to take a first step, and encourages everyone to discover original material free from stereotypes.

Zuzzane ĎURÍKOVÁ
Zuzana is a Slovak actress and singer based in Denmark, working across physical theatre, cabaret, and voice-over. Her work lives at the intersection of movement, voice, and story — often multilingual, always grounded in presence. She holds a Master's degree in Classical Acting from the Academy of Arts in Banská Bystrica, Slovakia. After graduating, she performed at the Puppet Theatre at the Crossroads before an Erasmus exchange at ESADIB in Mallorca led to an eight-year stay on the island, working as a performer and assistant director at Teatro Burlesque. From 2021–2024, she worked at Nordisk Teaterlaboratorium – Odin Teatret in Denmark across theatre, concert, and devised productions. She now works independently as a freelance artist, teaching workshops and developing projects across Europe and Argentina. She is also an experienced voice-over artist, fluent in Slovak, Czech, English, Spanish, and Danish. Her approach blends classical training with physical theatre and multilingual storytelling, shaped by a broad international background and a deep commitment to embodied performance.
